I have always loved Alterna, for as long as I can remember. The only thing that I may have a slight negative review is the price, but other than that I am in love with this brand. It Is extreme high quality, so the price is pretty much exactly where it is. If you truly care about your hair, I highly recommend this product. Not even the product, but the entire line. I received this product to try and review. My first impression of the product was the packaging. It is nicely packaged and gets dispensed from the bottle easily. It is worth mentioning that the product is very thick, but a little bit goes a long way. You also need to know that I am an African American with curly and very thick hair. After using the product, my hair felt very soft and strong. The fullness and the shine were also noticeable. I did not use the product long enough to see a difference in my hair color, but I can tell you that women with very fine, color-treated hair can benefit from this product because of its ability to penetrate the hair and give it life.
I highly recommend it for women with thin hair.

I don’t know what kind of unicorn dust is inside but it works magically on my color treated hair.
It makes my hair smooth and sleek and it smells incredible! So now I need shampoo and whole set!

I usually color my hair once a month a chocolately brown, and by the end of 3rd week, the color is dull again, but using this conditioner, I feel the lux Shine has stayed for a lot longer and I dont see as much hair color being washed away with every wash.
